Common questions
Why fixed prices?
It makes us accountable for the outcome rather than the hours. You know the cost before you commit.
Who pays for the sensors?
For assessments we bring our own portable sensors and take them away afterwards; they're included in the price. For monitoring, you buy permanent sensors at cost and own them, plus a fixed fee to install them.
You also sell the fixes. Isn't that a conflict?
You own the assessment report and can take it to any contractor. Most fixes are settings and access, not equipment, and we never mark up hardware.
Do you need access to our systems?
Read-only access to start, through a route your IT team approves. Nothing changes without your written approval.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. We measure before and after and show you the difference in kWh and money. That's more useful than a promise.
Do you work with data centres?
Yes. The same method covers facility controls security, cooling efficiency and grid-aware operation. Data centre work is quoted per site after a call.
Will you replace our contractors?
No. We work alongside your maintenance and refrigeration contractors, and often bring them the fix work.
